Fitness defines our body's ability to function efficiently, both in professional life and recreational activities, to be healthy, and to cope with stress.
FITNESS TRAINING AND WEIGHT ROOM
Our fitness program takes place under the careful supervision of specialized instructors, each with extensive experience, promoting diverse body maintenance programs designed to meet the most demanding expectations.
They will take into account your nutritional needs, lifestyle, body features, and development requirements to create a fitness training program tailored specifically for you. Come to the fitness center, and you will feel fantastic!
AEROBICS
During all classes, both high-intensity and low-intensity movements are incorporated, allowing you to choose your pace.
The program includes toning classes for all muscle groups (TONING), classes that improve the health of the pulmonary and cardiovascular systems (CARDIO), CYCLING classes, pool fitness classes (AQUA FITNESS), body and mind classes (BODY & MIND), and BOXING classes.

PERSONAL TRAINER RATES

1. The validity is one month from the date of the first session in the package.
2. Any lost hours can be recovered based on the trainer's availability, during the validity period of the package.
3. The unused sessions are not carried over or reported.
4. Only in the special case of illness, the validity of the package will be extended for the duration of unavailability prescribed by the doctor.
