A lover of movement since childhood, Gabi has been practicing martial arts and rowing from a young age. Over time, his passion for sports has transformed into a way of life. As a personal trainer and aerobic fitness instructor specializing in aerobic, step aerobic, top instructor tae-bo, Gabi has extensive experience in coordinating group fitness classes such as step aerobic, functional training, circuit training, tae bo, Thai combat, as well as isometric classes inspired by Pilates exercises and yoga postures.

A graduate of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport and a certified instructor in bodybuilding and fitness, Razvan Sindelaru has been dedicated to this sport since 1997. From being a challenge, he gradually transformed it into a way of life. Active as a sports teacher and a fitness instructor course trainer, Razvan is a multiple national and Balkan champion in fitness and a sports master.

**KHAI BO**
Khai-Bo is a cardio-based aerobic workout that involves combined punches and kicks inspired by martial arts, boxing, and kickboxing, performed to lively music. Introduced in the late '90s, the FIGHT KLUB concept is one of the most recognized forms of Studio Combat in England. Freestyle combat exercises work all muscle groups, increasing cardiovascular capacity, strength, endurance, and flexibility. The movements are fun and easy to execute, regardless of physical condition and training level. In a Khai Bo class, you can burn between 500 and 700 calories.

**BODY & TONE**
Body Tone is an intense workout designed to tone the muscles of the entire body. This class utilizes body weight, free movements, and specific accessories. It increases endurance and improves the practitioner's fitness level.

I began practicing martial arts at the age of 12, embracing a noble spirit focused on respect, discipline, and tenacity as the moral values underlying the formation of a fighter's spirit. Infused with these values, I embarked on a fulfilling professional journey, earning the international coach diploma of Wushu in 1993, followed by a specialization course in Jinan, Shandong province, China. From 1994 to 2009, I served as one of the national team coaches, achieving remarkable results. I also became a national and European referee of Sanshou (full-contact fighting), officiating over 1,500 official matches at the national and European levels.

In 1998, I graduated from the National Academy of Physical Education and Sports with a degree in physical education and sports. Currently, my professional activities are diverse. On the academic side, I lecture to Ph.D. students on the Theory of Physical Education and Sports, as well as Combat and Martial Arts disciplines. Simultaneously, I serve as a Tai Chi coach at Pescariu Sports&Spa, offering classes accessible to individuals of all ages and genders, with sessions taking place at convenient times.

The primary goal of the Tai Chi classes at Pescariu Sports&Spa is stress reduction through specific exercises performed in a relaxed manner, accompanied by appropriate music. During the summer, classes move to the club pool, enhancing the benefits of Tai Chi with the elements of water, air, and sun. Regular Tai Chi practice yields quick benefits, positively impacting the nervous, cardiovascular, skeletal, joint, muscular, and digestive systems. It is recommended for alleviating various health issues and proves particularly beneficial for pregnant women, aiding in breathing, maintaining optimal joint function, and sustaining muscle tone.

I often advise my students that in the practice of Tai Chi, we create a space where time does not exist. If we manage to expand this space, we can maintain a youthful spirit. Ana Maria completed her postgraduate program in Management of Educational Activities in 2006. Additionally, she graduated from the coaching school affiliated with the International Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness (IFBB) in 2001. Throughout her training period, she concurrently engaged in competitive sports, starting with junior-level bodybuilding in 1995 and later transitioning to fitness. Her dedication and skill in these disciplines resulted in remarkable achievements, both domestically and internationally.

The first time I encountered water was around the age of 3. Since then, my journey in the aquatic environment began, which has not stopped until today. At first, it was a sport, then it became a passion.

Results did not delay to appear, so at the age of 7, I participated in my first competition and managed to achieve the performance of becoming a multiple municipal champion in Bucharest. Feeling the adrenaline of the competition, I began to like it more and more. At the age of 10, I became a national champion.

I was selected for the national team, participated in numerous national and international competitions, which I also won. I have always admired this sport, especially knowing how beneficial it is for physical and mental development. Determination and passion directed me to successfully complete the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports. Later, I completed the Training and Development Course for Coaches and have been practicing this profession with pleasure for over 13 years.

"I was only 6 years old when I went to the pool for the first time. It all started as a playful activity that turned into a passion. The results achieved over the years, both in the pool and open water, motivated me to work harder and study more to become the best version of myself. Currently, I am affiliated with the Sports Club of the Army, Steaua Bucuresti, and at the same time, I continue my university studies.

Achievements:
- Multiple national and international champion in the 100m and 200m breaststroke, 200m and 400m freestyle, and 200m and 400m individual medley from 2011 to the present.
- Multiple champion in open water competitions in the 5 km event from 2014 to the present.
- 2nd and 3rd place at the World School Championship in 2015 and 2017.
- 2nd and 3rd place at the Balkan Championship in 2016 in the 200m breaststroke and 400m individual medley.

Swimming is an activity that brings a multitude of benefits, from physical to mental and social. It provides excellent cardiovascular exercise, tones your muscles, aids in weight loss, and strengthens your lungs. Understanding and practicing swimming can truly enhance your life.

- Swimming is the only sport that children can engage in from a very young age, two or three years old or even earlier. It stimulates their appetite, promotes restful and peaceful sleep, makes them more resilient, and develops their flexibility.

- If you are pregnant, swimming is ideal for you, with your doctor's approval, of course! It ensures a smooth pregnancy, being one of the safest forms of exercise. You can start in the morning, as it helps alleviate nausea and provides you with plenty of energy for the entire day.

I began competitive swimming, following a family tradition, as my father was an outstanding water polo coach. At the age of 5, I won several medals in domestic competitions. When I was 12, I started playing water polo for the newly established Brancoveanu team, and together, we won the national title. Shortly after this achievement, I was selected for the national team and transferred to the Steaua Bucharest club.

With the club team, we managed to secure the national title after a fierce battle with Dinamo. The following season, I was selected for the Dinamo team, and once again, we won the national title. At the age of 24, I had to retire from competitive sports due to an injury. I decided to pass on what I learned in my 19 years of experience, so I graduated from the International Coaching School.

For the past 10 years, I have been teaching swimming for all ages and skill levels. I enjoy what I do, and that's why I believe desired results are achieved with patience, calmness, and a positive attitude.

With over 25 years of experience, Mirel is an expert therapist in the art of massage, who has enriched his knowledge in Asian regions such as Tibet, China, Japan, and Thailand. Initially trained in a Buddhist monastery, he developed his skills in massage with a strong focus on mind-body-spirit balance. Specializing in the somatic area, he is known for his empathy and ability to access the natural energy of each individual.
